Technology is a great thing. Sometimes. If you know how to use it and when to use it’s extremely helpful.
I’ll typically receive a handful of emails each day from subscribers and friends asking for some programming help or how-to questions.
I know it can be really frustrating, especially when you really want to get something done and just don’t have the answers. That’s why so many people end up emailing me directly.
While I don’t mind answering questions, I’ve found that about 95% of the questions are exactly the same.
It only made sense to begin putting these answers and how-to’s together in one place…and from that, TheThingsIKnow.com site was born.
Since I initially launched the site a few things have changed. I’ve added the main site that your reading now, and I’ve added some advanced tutorials for those that have a few years of techie stuff under their belt.
While I thought adding those advanced features may be something that only seasoned pros would get a benefit from, it’s been overwhelming to see the number of newbies that are getting a ton of info out of those tutorials.
